Nerifian was a fayrie in service to the Fayrie King of Uranus. He had the head of a donkey and was mistakenly referred to as an ass-head by humans. He was introduced to King Arthur of Space Britain via Admiral Ltexi, of Jupiter, and then introduced the human dignitaries to his king.

Being a fayrie Nerifian has the body of a human but the head of an equine, specifically a donkey in his case[Pan 1]. He is especially hairy, including the backs of his hands and his fingers[Pan 2].
Personality[]
He is very gracious and polite to foreign dignitaries[Pan 1]. He dislikes to be called an ass and prefers donkey[Pan 3]. Despite the potency of vril, he will nonchalantly whisk vials of it around without concerns for safety. He doesn't trust the Jupiterians due to their technological equality to the fayries[Pan 2].

Space Camelot[]
Nerifian was working when an unexpected group of humans arrived in the Royal Palace and proclaimed the king returned. Nerifian initially was confused since he didn't know the Fayrie King had even left but it was cleared up when it was revealed this was a foreign king from Earth. King Arthur was introduced to Nerifian by their mutual acquaintance, Admiral Ltexi of Jupiter. They had never seen fayries before and were surprised by Nerifian's donkey head, mistakenly referring to him as an ass. Nerifian eagerly agrees to introduce the guests to his king[Pan 1]. The Fayrie King explained to the group that his people were dying out due to over reliance on technology to sustain their lifestyles and that in a few hundred years they would die out. Some of the humans asked to see the A.I., Monde, which governed their lives and led to this stagnation of innovation and individual thought. The bulk of the group went with Nerifian to look at the aether processors[Pan 3].
