In NeS3 Post 182, the NeS Heroes were pooped out by a whale eating spicy shrimp and landed on The Ditch, which is currently being held afloat by mutant goats with inflatable testicles. Losien deemed this the lowest point that the Story could ever go, which now, in NeS Post 183, prompts Newb to smack Losien for tempting fate. They are suddenly surrounded by the ghosts of the island natives who were murdered by Archibald Benedict Gaylord Ditch in NeS3 Post 183, back in the year 1781, but Aladdyn mistakes them for Halloween costumes. The ghosts want them off the island, but Losien protests that she paid for the island, at which the ghosts insist the island was stolen from them first. Mackie is disturbed that the islanders are not 'clothed', though Arnold points out they are wearing clothes. Mackie says that the clothes on the ghosts is just ectoplasm and not real clothes, that he, by possessing the teddy bear, is wearing 'clothes'. Pinocchio the Old Man doesn't want Mackie to give them any ideas about possessing them, but it is too late as suddenly the ghosts possess Captain Ahab the Whale, the vampire kraken, the mutant ghosts and even Honeybee.

Newb immediately smacks Losien.

Losien: "Ow! What was that for?"

Newb: "For tempting fate. You of all people should know better!"

Suddenly they're all surrounded by ghosts of natives rising out of the ground.

Aladdyn L. Quirk: "Wow, great costumes! I didn't realize it was Halloween already!"

Arnold: "Erm, I'm pretty sure those are actual ghosts, Aladdyn."

Native Ghost #1: "We have come to purge you from our land."

Losien: "Your land? I paid good money for it!"

Native Ghost #2: "It was stolen from us to begin with."

Iriana: "You poor dears! Let's sit and discuss this over tea."

Mackie: "Geez, put some clothes on, guys."

Arnold: "They're wearing clothes already."

Mackie: "Those aren't real clothes, just ghostly ectoplasm. I had the decency to wear a teddy bear to cover my ectoplasm, but not these guys!"

Pinocchio the Old Man: "Maybe we shouldn't be putting the idea in their heads to possess us or anything."

Geppetto the Wooden Mannequin: "Too late."

They look to see the native ghosts possessing the whale, the kraken, the goats, and Honeybee.

Losien: "Shit."

Newb: "Yes, Losien. That's exactly what we're standing in."
