Demons of Hell are demon creatures specifically tethered to Hell of Earth. They come in a wide variety of forms, shapes, powers and levels of intelligence. There is a vast hierarchy wherein various demon lords vie against each other for power and dominance. Traditionally Hell has a single ruler, known as the Devil, that is voted into power and named after their place in the queue, such as Mr Eight. Most demon lords have their own subjects. Many demons are humans that have been corrupted, either on Earth or after they have been sent to Hell for their sins while living. Other demons are mere manifestations created by other powerful demons.
