Chris the Bad Guy is a wannabe villain who tries exceedingly hard to be taken seriously as the ultimate bad guy but usually fails miserably at the attempt due to his ineptitude and complete lack of menace. His one redeeming skill in the role is his ability to convince other villains, some of them much better than him, to join his cause. He has a personal vendetta against Losien Simon, believing her to be his arch-nemesis.
